Internal server error when attempting to cancel member

Hi,
Trying to cancel this user's sub (at the end of their payment cycle), but when I try to do so via admin I get an error and the change does not go through. Screenshot with error message attached! (I believe I'm using the most up to date backend - lmk if you don't think that's true.)

This has bee resolved. We have hardened the logic, and have moved forward with the users cancellation.
