If you go the application tab and click on it to order byb date, the order does not work, I actually have no idea how to find the newest and most recent applications right now, which makes the job of approving and activating members quite impossible.

Here is the example of an application made on Dec 2nd, that does not show when I order by date, and the only way I could find that was by searching the name....
