her password should be a capital "A"
We guessed that solution and it worked, as we don't have access to see the actual password on our end. This is a request that really needs to be handled internally rather than being sent to our team, thank you!

Yayem If it's a password issue why would the error message ask for a valid email address?
Again, never my intention to send you tickets if they can be solved without you. Hard to do 100% of the time - we got a screenshot where the error message said the email was wrong, we doublechecked and the email wasn't wrong, so I filed a ticket.
