Vini Coutinho ask customers to go Settings > Subscription > Payment Methods. Add new payment method with a valid details. We are updating the error message to be more specific to provide that instruction.

We are looking into the error message, as it is probably an insufficient funds, or some of sore of payment error that is customer caused. As we update the specificity of the error messages, we will let you know once complete.
