Sorry, I know there have been a few of these but I've lost track of if this has been asked about yet. Please also tell me / remind me any steps I can take in future to better stress test these issues!
A (new) active member has been unable to access the app for a few days now. Screen attached. Her email looks correct and she says she has tried to reset the password many times. She is getting an "unauthorised" error.
