Sorry, I know there have been a few of these but I've lost track of if this has been asked about yet. Please also tell me / remind me any steps I can take in future to better stress test these issues!
A (new) active member has been unable to access the app for a few days now. Screen attached. Her email looks correct and she says she has tried to reset the password many times. She is getting an "unauthorised" error.

Sorry, I messed this up by not sharing the password with her and she has reset it. Could you please reset it to Password123 again?

We have set the users password to "Password123"
The user never actually set their own password.
