New Lisbon activations not in Grafana
complete

Very odd one. Vini reported his new activations are not on Grafana. I've done some digging, and they
are
on Grafana but they do not have Home Club = Lisbon, which they all should. If I remove the Lisbon filter from the dash, they do actually appear in the active member table but without Home Club = Lisbon. Not sure the scope of this issue so would be get it looked into ASAP.

Happy to start using admin for exports where we can but this doesn't answer my question. What's the situation with the new users who have been missing Home Club since 2 Feb -- yesterday it felt like they appeared correctly in one part of Grafana and then incorrectly in another? Is it fixed and backfilled now?
Yayem
Teri Rosenbaum: All member and applicant data in the Admin panel is accurate and now remains the source of truth. The specific data point (Home Club / LocationID) from February 2 onward is not currently being sent to Grafana. Going forward, exports from the Admin panel should be used as your authoritative dataset for members and applicants.
All related fields — including Member Since date, Approved date, etc. — have been vetted and accurately backfilled over the weekend as well. The primary delay was ensuring all pre-October migration data was fully reconciled and correct.
We are actively working on bringing Monthly Recurring Revenue and other net financial metrics (e.g., Free vs. Paid) into the Admin panel in a format similar to what you are accustomed to in Grafana. In the meantime, please continue using Grafana for financial reporting and Yayem Admin for all member and applicant data (including exports). We are getting there!

Yayem Love the speed and ultimate and goal but we currently have a lot of processes that use Grafana data and these will not all be switched to Admin overnight. We need home club / location data in Grafana still.
This is the kind of situation I'd like more of a heads up on. I believe that the admin release re: CSV exports happened yesterday but you stopped sharing home club data to Grafana on the 2nd? Also we discussed the missing home club on our call last week but you never mentioned it was intentional, so I am a bit confused. Some clarity (and restoration of home club data) would be great.

Thank you — that’s completely fair.
To clarify: nothing was intentionally removed without understanding the downstream impact. The February 2 change relates specifically to how the Home Club / LocationID field was being handled in the pipeline to Grafana, not to any broader data rollback. That context should have been communicated more clearly, especially given your existing operational dependencies on Grafana.
You’re absolutely right that this should have come with more advance notice. The Admin export release and the Grafana field behavior were part of the same broader cleanup effort, but they were not meant to force an overnight workflow shift. That was not the intention.
We’ve been moving quickly to get you to the end state — where Admin is fully reliable and comprehensive — rather than rolling changes out in smaller, incremental phases. In doing so, we prioritized speed of delivery, but we should have paired that speed with clearer communication around intermediate impacts.

Yayem Appreciate that! What is the final takeaway here - will you backfill home club / location data in Grafana and re-sync, at least for now?

Teri Rosenbaum
Thank you — let me clarify.
We will not be backfilling or re-syncing Home Club / LocationID on applicant and user lists into Grafana.
Going forward, the division is intentional:
Financial reporting (MRR, net revenue, discounts, codes, free vs. paid, etc.) → Grafana remains the source of truth for now, as it properly accounts for discounts, adjustments, and net calculations.
Member and applicant data (status, Home Club, member since, approved date, etc.) → The Yayem Admin panel is the source of truth and will continue to be maintained there, not in Grafana.
Grafana will continue to support financial reporting. Operational member and applicant lists should now be pulled from Admin exports.
If there are specific Grafana workflows that depend on Home Club for non-financial processes, let’s outline those so we can determine the cleanest solution rather than maintaining parallel data pipelines unnecessarily.

Yayem A bit frustrating to be honest. It's been 15 days without this data and now you're telling me (reactively) that it's intentional. Again, we have lots of processes and the team is always completely rammed, so just switching from Grafana to Admin for mostly everything overnight with no warning is not ideal. Rollouts start buggy and we have to report on more issues (teething problems) so switching just takes a little bit more care and energy that we don't always have.
Yesterday I don't even think we could export from tables in Admin and today it's the source of truth - unless I am missing something? (Always so much on, that could be the case....)
Teri Rosenbaum
Case in point - every week I pull the latest leads from Grafana, then I divvy them up as best I can geographically and delegate to the team. I "divvy" based on home club, then country of residence, then secondary cities. Right now exporting from the applicants table does not give me all the data I need. Of course I can raise a request for additional fields ad hoc but more to the point, you need to give us time to transition from Grafana to Admin and it's unfair to be expected to do this overnight and without explicit warning of what was planned. Please send home club data to Grafana as you were before until we are ready. If you can't do this please justify why because I do think it's a fairly reasonable request.

Teri Rosenbaum Vini Coutinho please see video below on how to now export applicant and member data from Yayem Admin. This ability should begin replacing the current data export that you are referring to from Grafana.

Yes, to be expected. Please cross refernce with admin tables for now. if you need us to pull any and all data at any time, just let me know. working to get you all the ability export freely from admin asap but please dont hesitate to ask :)
Teri Rosenbaum
Yayem Thanks! Will circle back if the team needs any data in the meantime

Confirming this issue is affecting all new activations in the system - I've just pulled a list of all new leads from the past 7 days and 0 have a home club.
