New member unable to pay to activate

We have a user trying to become a member but when they select their tier and try to move forward with payment, they are unable to continue. Video attached!

Teri Rosenbaum what home club is this person supposed to be connected to? We resolved the previous one last week. These examples snuck through without a home club, causing the issue.

Yayem Looks like this got resolved (not exactly sure how) but she now has a London home club assigned. Do you know how these users were able to get past selecting a home club so we can avoid in future?

Teri Rosenbaum we are building the necessary guardrails to prevent in the future. The biggest step will be moving the select your home club question to the beginning of the sign up form.
