We are seeing a strange error message on free, public experience booking pages. Everything appears to be set up as it should be in the backend so I think it's a frontend issue. (Error message attached.)

We’re currently seeing an outage affecting both the web and mobile apps due to an upstream server issue. Our team has already isolated the cause and is working directly with the provider to restore full functionality.
We expect to have this resolved shortly and will share an update as soon as service is stable. Thank you for your patience while we complete the fix.
