We have a user who appears to be stuck in the application process - see video attached. They are unable to move past this step on either desktop or mobile. (Vini has tested himself and he does not see the issue.) User has a "Setup expired" tag on their account which I've not seen before and might be at play here.

Singular issue with this particular user. has been resolved. User should be good to go when they refresh their page.
