Updated title to: Enable admins to manually add members, non-members, and guests to experiences for free, directly from the Admin panel.

This will mirror the functionality of the public web app but without requiring the attendee to log in, create an account, or enter payment details. This opens up opportunities for staff to add VIP hotel guests, partners, or special attendees seamlessly, ensuring they appear on the roster and receive confirmations while bypassing normal booking flows.
