It was really useful being able to link the announcements to guides

Where we have experiences that members can attend with guests, it would be very useful to be able to charge a different guest price to the member price.

We are getting a lot of requests form members for their monthly invoices. We currently send them their Stripe customer portal link but would like to keep it in app if possible.

Can we have a section in Settings>Subscription that allows members to download or email themselves their invoices. We have several members who are paying through their businesses and currently the only way to do this that I'm aware of is to manually send them it each month from Stripe.

It would be REALLY useful if once an experience has happened it's removed - appreciate we have a lot of experiences that are recurring and this is something that you're also working on making easier to input so could be linked. At the moment its very clunky seeing who's booked on to the next session of an experience and you also can't delete past experiences to "tidy up" the view

The team can quickly see how full classes are, how often members cancel or no-show, and how much revenue each paid class (or series of classes) generates — all in one place for easy decision-making.

Members can invite guests directly from the mobile app, and the system automatically tracks, limits, and deducts their available guest passes — giving members a smooth experience and giving the team accurate, real-time usage data.

Expand reporting and analytics capabilities to include deeper insights into experiences and space bookings. This will cover attendance, cancellations, and revenue reporting for paid classes and sessions.

We're engaging with Limestone & tax advisors to make sure we get the Stripe setup right by location - no expectation for Yayeym to play a role in this piece. Our primary ask is related to how we can operationalise this on the Yayem front & back end. This will need further fleshing out but in essence we need to enable a parent-child user type for corp clients, eg: A Parent account that pays for X # of accounts and is mapped to Child accounts that sit underneath the Parent account. They do not pay anything and their subscriptions are only cancelled if the Parent account stops paying (There would eventually be a need for a UI for Parent accounts to see & manage their subscriptions, but this would be phase 2.)

Refresh and streamline the New Experience creation interface to improve clarity, reduce friction, and align with our updated design system. This includes reorganizing fields, simplifying pricing and guest options, improving visibility of recurring settings, and ensuring the overall flow mirrors how staff actually create and manage experiences. The goal is a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive UI for all admins.
