Currently when a member check's in to a location (place) without a reservation, a reservation is created, and then the member is checked in. This triggers the reservation email.

When someone goes to check-in to a property during a buyout, blocked days are displayed clearly on the check-in page that the property is closed during the blocked dates so members can see this immediately on the landing page instead of clicking the check-in and then getting the notification.

Remote booking means we have no real information on who is actually in our clubs and if in fact the member who has checked in is the person walking through our space.
Checking in on site also is a better experience and allows hosts to know members and interact with them

When a member checks in using the "Places" QR - it sends a notification saying their reservation has been booked. See image. Can we remove this trigger email?

Can you please let me know when this is resolved as we need to be able to let members check in...... we have been missing out on crucial data for weeks now

Regardless, how does an extra email mean that you have been missing out on crucial data for weeks now? What is the issue?

Yayem When a member checks in using this QR, they receive the email as attached. We cannot have members checking in and receiving this email every time. We need to remove the trigger email asap so we can start checking members in properly.
We need the data of who is checking in and the usage.
