Teri Rosenbaum / Jodie Speight — adding a photo to the application process would apply across all Aethos applications (London, Lisbon, etc.). Assuming that’s acceptable, where in the signup flow would you like the photo to be added, and should this be a required step or optional?

Yayem - yes all good to add to all market's applications. It needs to be a required step. Can it be added on page 1, under birthday?

We’ve looked into this across our broader partner base and haven’t seen sufficient demand to prioritize it so far. That said, if you have a specific use case in mind, it would be helpful to understand how adding a photo would meaningfully improve applicant review or management on your end.

Yayem For a market like London, it is essential we have a photo. Every members club require a photo upon applying. It adds a layer of vetting before we have any personal details. It also sets a tone of what we require.
This is an absolute essential and I'd love to have this on the app as soon as possible. Thank you.

The application flow is shared across all home clubs on the platform, and we’re not able to require different application fields on a per-club basis. Any change like this would need to be evaluated at a platform level, as it would apply to all clubs.
We’ve also been advised not to modify the application flow right now. If and when this is revisited, we’ll need to ensure it works cleanly with the new application tracker and that application versions remain clear and consistent, both for existing applicants and for any future flow that might include a photo as an additional step.
