Activation email sent twice at same time

I created a test account for other purposes and I activated it yesterday. The initial activation email (triggered instantly from OneSignal) was sent to me twice at the same timestamp (1:23pm). Can this be investigated & fixed? Believe it's 'Onboarding Flow - Membership Activated!'

We do see that you received the email twice. However all users before and after you received it once. We will investigate and try to reproduce.
