Need to delete the Ericeira Home club option. All members on that locations should move to Lisbon

For our financial reporting we need to be able to track not only the payment and what it's for but when that revenue is realised. For example if someone books a December class but the booking is made in October, we need to account for that revenue in Dec, not Oct.

Enhance and update our native application design for both mobile and web applications.

When user cancels a class booking within 24 hours of the class start time, update the pop-up text from: 'Your class has been cancelled; You will be refunded'. To: 'Your booking has been cancelled, if this is within the cancellation period, don't worry you won't be charged!'

Configure multi-location function: Book A Space List rather than locational check-in

Is there a way to reorder the guides so they’re grouped more logically - for example, by category such as 'Wellness,' 'F&B,' and 'Cultural Programming' rather than by upload order? There is a Category dropdown for when you're creating the guides, but none are relevant to us and don't seem to do anything anyway.

A request from our CEO: she'd like to see net member growth / loss and MRR split by home club (all currently possible) but with the added ability to filter by free vs paid members

Fix white background issue when links are posted in chat and add basic formatting options (bold, italics) for professional communications.

Replace generic "error occurred" messages with specific notifications like "Fully booked, please contact support" to prevent user confusion when events reach capacity.
