Added vis of in-app support message history

Hi, it would be great to add visibility of all of the support messages received and sent through admin (the latter is what's missing rn). I assume you plan to turn individual messages into a thread with full history of all the back and forth, so we always have a record confirming that the ticket was closed. But if not, that would be great to add to the plan!

Teri Rosenbaum we'll keep this ticket as "Open" for now.
FYI: We have just pushed the latest release which includes the current Help Center being filtered by Home Club. We will continue to monitor how if/when/how we can take this messaging functionality in a deeper direction and keep you updated at this thread.

Ideally there would be a POC per home club - but right now its manageable even without home club being listed, just given volumes
I think the biggest piece missing rn is that I cannot see the replies / confirm they are really resolved / etc. Ideally the replies are visible (in the same modal) I know it's trickier as the replies are coming from our own inboxes but ultimately I think allowing for multiple messages back and forth all in one spot, with vis on each side's messages, would be the ultimate

Teri Rosenbaum — are you referring to a two-way messaging feature that allows back-and-forth communication within a single thread?
From an operational standpoint, there’s a lot of potential here, though this hasn’t been part of our planned roadmap for this year. To help us evaluate it properly, it would be helpful to understand whether you’re envisioning a single point of contact for all Home Club support, or if each club would require its own dedicated concierge or support channel.
