When a member finishes the application, instead of having a "download the app" link, it should say "Go back to the app" as members have applied through the app and therefore have already downloaded it

Fix automatic app/website redirection to eliminate user prompts when scanning QR codes or clicking links
Current Problem: Members encounter "open in app or website?" prompts, leading to failed check-ins and staff manually writing information on paper.
Solution: Implement universal deep linking that automatically detects if app is installed and redirects appropriately without user intervention.
