- Guests of members
- Members
- The public
Each category would then automatically close once its allocated number is reached, without affecting our visibility of the total attendee count on the events page."

Just to clarify, the ability to register a guest is only tied to members. For public registrations, there isn’t really a guest relationship in the same way — each person would simply register themselves individually. Does this make sense?

Just to clarify — this isn’t related to guest registration for the public list.
What we’re looking for is the ability to set separate capacity limits within the same event for members and non-members.
For example:
If an event has a total capacity of 10 guests, we’d like to be able to allocate:
- 6 spots for members (and their guests - who we can limit how many they can bring as well)
- 4 spots for the public list
This would allow us to run hybrid events where both audiences can sign up, while maintaining control over the balance between member and public attendance.
Let me know if this is something that can be implemented.
