We have a member wh has ended up withe 2 subs, one cancelled and one active. It looks like admin is recognising only the cancelled one -- so he is Inactive but should bve Active. Can you help? Also pls let me know if this is something O can do on my own. I tried to delete the old sub in Stripe but it would not let me.
