Integrations

Currently all data in the Yayem OS <> Revinate integration flows into one Revinate account. This is the group account (AG account) that we use for comms that are not localised. However we ultimately want Yayem Data to flow into all local Revinate accounts, too. There are 6 local accounts (so 7 in total including group account). I can't exactly remember if these additional data flows were built initially (back in March), but either way Revinate has informed us that the next step is with Yayem, either: (i) This integration exists but isn't working, and we need to investigate why, OR (ii) This integration was never set up and we need to add it to the existing build. Can you let me know which, and the timeline we can expect? Also if any custom dev costs would be involved.

When a user gets deleted in Admin, this currently does not trigger any change in Revinate. Ideally, we would mark them in some way on Revinate so that we know not to contact them. I don't believe deleting them is an option via the API but I am flexible as to what this logic could be. Potentially we could unsubscribe them or move them out of the main YayemOS contact list to a dedicated do not contact list? Happy to workshop further.

All Aethos F&B Experiences are bookable Via Seven Rooms so it would be great to integrate this so members can book via experiences directly instead of going to a third-party external link (which is the current way it is). https://www.sevenrooms.com/
