Feature Requests

The team can quickly see how full classes are, how often members cancel or no-show, and how much revenue each paid class (or series of classes) generates — all in one place for easy decision-making.

Members can invite guests directly from the mobile app, and the system automatically tracks, limits, and deducts their available guest passes — giving members a smooth experience and giving the team accurate, real-time usage data.

Update various features regarding member and public check in.

Two requests, one easier than the other. (i) We'd like the ability to set individual capacity for guests of free experiences – currently when you make an experience free you lose the ability to do this. (ii) In future it would be nice to track all guests of members individually (for free and/or paid experiences), so for example if we know our member Jenny's friend Bob went to an experience, ideally we'd be able to see that Bob came in as a guest of Jenny in Admin.

Members should be able to upgrade or downgrade their subscription type themselves within the app/ or their account without us having to always do it manually in the admin by request. Better if this process is streamlined.

When picture have been uploaded, should be able to click on them to enlarge them and to reorder them as pleased

Implement professional digital membership identification system similar to Soho House for member verification.
