Hi, it would be great to add visibility of all of the support messages received and sent through admin (the latter is what's missing rn). I assume you plan to turn individual messages into a thread with full history of all the back and forth, so we always have a record confirming that the ticket was closed. But if not, that would be great to add to the plan! YAYEM EDIT: This will be included the concierge chat update, adding full visibility into all support messages within the admin panel, including both incoming and outgoing messages.
