The current travel overlap view only surfaces members who are actively marked as traveling. It should also include members who are already based in the destination city. This would give a more complete and accurate picture of who is relevant in that location, rather than limiting visibility to travelers only.

Expanded staff permission controls with defined roles beyond Super Administrator, including Admin, Manager, Concierge, Reception, and Staff. Each role is designed to align with real operational responsibilities, ensuring the right level of access for day-to-day tasks while maintaining security and accountability.

The padel courts on space resources are temporarily free to book but we still need members to be charged for Add-ons - when they go to book these add ons, it still says Total Free even though they get charges which is confusing... please can this be changed so members can see the actual total before booking.
