We have a user who appears to be stuck in the application process - see video attached. They are unable to move past this step on either desktop or mobile. (Vini has tested himself and he does not see the issue.) User has a "Setup expired" tag on their account which I've not seen before and might be at play here. Hi - see this video from Vini. Without any filters on, experiences appear in the app as they should. However when you select the "Lisbon" filter, nothing is returned. (There should be tons.)

Sorry, I know there have been a few of these but I've lost track of if this has been asked about yet. Please also tell me / remind me any steps I can take in future to better stress test these issues! A (new) active member has been unable to access the app for a few days now. Screen attached. Hi, Follow up to our earlier chat - I chased with Vini and he said that promo codes were not actually being considered on the Stripe side. I've tested and I see the same. I: (i) started a new application, (ii) added the "TEAM" (100% off) code to my account - looked fine in Admin, (iii) finished the application process inc. adding card details and then (iiii) approved my application in the backend. When I checked on Stripe it shows I was definitely charged, and I don't see the promo code in my now active test account. Currently when applying in London, users are presented with all 3 tiers on both the quarterly and annual payment options. However, only Aethos Unlimited is shown on the monthly payment option (see image). What is the best way to make sure Connect + One tiers are also shown on the monthly payment screen? Please tell me the best way to do this (is this done in Admin or Stripe?) so I can do it myself moving forward.
