A comprehensive check-in experience that gives staff real-time visibility into who is on property, how they checked in, and when. Operators can view daily summaries, filter by member type or source (mobile, web, self check-in), perform manual check-ins, and drill into individual attendee profiles for quick context. This supports smooth front-desk operations, accurate attendance tracking, and a clear audit trail across members and guests.

A real-time view of all event participants, organized by audience type (members, public) and attendance status. This interface allows staff to quickly check in attendees, identify late arrivals, and clearly separate canceled participants—supporting faster door operations, accurate attendance tracking, and post-event reporting.

Ability to search for upcoming experiences by location from the admin end. Particularly helpful for our resident ceramicist located in our Craft Barn to see when classes will be there instead of having to scroll through each time.

It would be REALLY useful if once an experience has happened it's removed - appreciate we have a lot of experiences that are recurring and this is something that you're also working on making easier to input so could be linked. At the moment its very clunky seeing who's booked on to the next session of an experience and you also can't delete past experiences to "tidy up" the view

Create way to manually add members to experiences from the Admin dashboard, in case a booking is done outside the app.

This includes reorganizing fields, simplifying pricing and guest options, improving visibility of recurring settings, and ensuring the overall flow mirrors how staff actually create and manage experiences. The goal is a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive UI for all admins.

Enable full management of membership tiers directly from the Admin Dashboard. This includes the ability to create new tiers, edit existing tiers, and archive tiers that are no longer in use — mirroring the functionality previously only available in Stripe. This brings tier configuration fully into our platform, simplifying operations and ensuring membership management lives in one central place.
